Product information and inquiries
Product descriptions, specifications and calculator results guide product selection and inquiries. Confirm supplied specifications, packaging, installation conditions, price, delivery and contract terms in the quotation or contract provided after consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not itself place an order or create a contract.
Member and visitor responsibilities
Members must provide accurate account information and keep their credentials secure. Identity misuse, fraudulent or repetitive inquiries, spam, malicious files and interference with site operation are prohibited. Relevant posts or account access may be restricted where necessary; contact us to raise an objection.
Posts and materials
You must have the necessary rights to material you post or attach. Do not reproduce or commercially redistribute product photographs, descriptions, drawings or other protected materials without permission from the rights holder. Contact us to request correction or deletion of posts or account information.
Operation and changes
Maintenance or outages may temporarily affect access. Changes to products and available services will be reflected on the site.
